Back from SF, working with Luke Rockhold, Jake Shields, and Co. Amazing time and great training. 

Always good to be in the gym for sparring days. Also nice to have guest Sage Northcutt here. Now I am off to Las Vegas for Abel Trujillo's fight this weekend. No rest!

Was in town for UFC 197 to corner Danny Roberts and Clint Hester, and was able to link up with my friend and the champ, Luke Rockhold.
